K A Chandrakanth is a hands on Techno-Dynamic Director working with Neudesic Technologies Private Limited. He has wide range of exposure to products, services and consulting experience. He has around 18 years of core development and testing skillset and has extensively worked on a wide range of technologies. His domain expertise include Test and Measurement, Banking, Insurance, Consumer Electronics, Human Capital and Healthcare. He has exposure and experience in management of large projects and people in the technological areas related to Microsoft, Java, Sales Force, Guidewire, Oracle, Embedded Systems, Mobile and Cloud. His also has been contributing in the research and development of next generation offerings that include Big Data, Hadoop, Artificial Intelligence, Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning by writing white papers and presenting the same in the global conferences

He has excelled in the areas of project management, program management, account management, quality management and test management. He has contributed in setting up large Center of Excellence groups to focus on Kaizen initiatives and has worked for key global clients across US, Europe, Africa and Australian regions in defining the strategy and approach for managing complex applications. He has wide knowledge on project life cycle and has been successful in transforming large projects from their legacy system to newer technologies by adopting Agile methodologies. He has also played several roles of that of a Product Owner and Scrum Master to drive large Agile Scrum Teams.
