Workshop ‘Application of GIS in Civil Engineering’
The Department of Civil Engineering, MVJCE, organized a 3-day Workshop on ‘Application of GIS in Civil Engineering’, from 23rd to 25th February, 2023, in Smt. Rajalakshmi Seminar Hall. The main objective of this event was to encourage students to look beyond their textual knowledge, and co-relate the concepts on Remote Sensing and GIS that they have learnt in the classroom with the practical application of these concepts. 93 students and all the faculty members from the Civil Engineering department participated in this Workshop.
