Insights of Replication Technology
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an event entitled Guest Lecture On "lnsights of Replication Technology”, on 17th August 2023. The event was conducted in MV Jayaraman Auditorium. The event started at 11 am and concluded at 12.30 pm. A total of 225 students from all fourth semesters within the Department of Computer Science and Engineering actively participated in this event.
FDP on Natural Language Processing
The Department of CSE, MVJ College of Engineering, organized a Faculty Development Program on ‘Natural Language Processing’, on 4th February, 2023. The Lecture was delivered by Mr. Samrat Sengupta, Sr. Lead Data Scientist, Happiest Mind Technologies, Bangalore. Mr. Samrat Sengupta has a history of leading projects in AI and Machine Learning. His contributions and researches in areas of NLP, Computer Vision and Predictive Analytics culminated in multiple IP launches. He also has experience spanning 13+ years, in Cloud, Integration and backend programing, along with ML/AI.
Guest Lecture on "Recent Trends in Information Technology"
The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized a Guest Lecture on the topic " Recent Trends in Information Technology ". This lecture was organized on 16th November 2019, at Smt. Rajalakshmi Jayaraman Seminar Hall. The event started at8.30am. All first students attended the Guest lecture. The Guest lecture was delivered by Mr. Raj Champaneriya, Senior Software Consultant, Neudesic, Bangalore.

This lecture was organized on 19th October 2019, at Seminar Hall. The event started at 9.00am. About 150 students and the faculty of the CSE department attended the Guest lecture. The Guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Anand Kumar M, Assistant Professor, Department of IT, NITK-Surathkal.

The Guest lecture was delivered by Mr. Uma Shankar, Software Development Manager, Panasonic Factory Solutions company of America.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized a Guest Lecture on the topic ‘Compiler Design’. This lecture was organized on 16th March 2019. The event started at 10.30 am. The 6th semester students and the faculty members of the CSE department attended the lecture. The total Participation count is 48. The Guest lecture was delivered by Dr. Muralikrishnan K, Associate Professor, Department of CSE, NIT, Calicut, Kerala. (60-90 words max).
- Guest Lecture on Software Test Automation
The department of Computer Science and Engineering organized Guest Lecture on the Topic "Software Test Automation". This lecture was organized on 30th October. The event started at 8.30 am. Around 50 students (5th and 7th semester - CSE) and faculty members attended the lecture. The Guest Speaker was Mr. S.Senthilmurugan (Software Technical Architect Specialist, TATA ELXSI Pvt. Ltd.).

The event started at 10:30 am and concluded at 12.30 pm. Total 190 students from all the 3rd semesters of Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering participated in this event.
- Guest Lecture on "Evolution of Generative AI"
The Guest speaker in his special address gave a clear idea about Generative AI and its tools. He provided an overview of AI, ML, and deep learning algorithms, and discussed the various tools used in generative AI. He also highlighted the growing job opportunities in industries associated with generative AI, ensuring that students gained a comprehensive understanding of the subject during the session.

The Department of Computer Science and Engineering organized an event entitled. The event was Guest Lecture On “R Language” conducted in “M.V Jayaraman Auditorium”. The event started at 10:30 am and concluded at 12.30 pm. Total 300 students from all the 6th semesters of Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering and Artificial Intelligence were participated in this event.
- Guest Lecture on "Computing"
A Guest lecture on ‘Computing’ was organized by the AI & ML & CSE Department on 2nd May 2023, from 10:30 am to 01:00 pm. Mr.Baikuntha Narayan Biswal ,Assistant Vice President , CLM transformation, Deutsche Bank group, Bangalore was the guest speaker. The Welcome note was given by Pranav of III year, CSE, MVJCE. The program was presided over by Vice- principal Dr M. Brindha.
- Guest Lecture on "Data Analytics-Power BI, MS excel with VBA, Tableau"
Data analytics is the science of analyzing raw data to make conclusions about that information. Many of the techniques and processes of data analytics have been automated into mechanical processes and algorithms that work over raw data for human consumption.

- Guest Lecture on “Big data analytics and BI tools”
Mr.Koteswararao Ravipati is a seasoned professional with 14 years of experience in Java, J2EE, Android, Android automotive, SQL and NoSQL databases, DevOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes), Cloud (AWS, Azure), and visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI). Currently serving as a Principal Engineer at HARMAN International, Koteswararao has been instrumental in driving innovation and leading projects in Bangalore, India.
- Guest Lecture on Career Perspective on Various Engineering Domain
The department of Computer science and Engineering organized an event, Guest Lecture on “Career Perspective on various Engineering domain” on 06/02/2024 at 10.30 in MVJ Auditorium. We invited a Chief Guest Mohammed Yasin Khan who is an Alumni of our College as well an Entrepreneur and Akash as a Co-Speaker, he is having his own startup. Total of 510 Students were gathered and attended the event.
